Template A, 12 cm circle, Large 8 cm Positioning part,
904 punch every other line, remove positioning part
and punch second time (deeper). Trimmed outer edge.

Bootiful Gifts

Making homemade gift bags for treats, favors, or gifts is fun and easy!  The Just Imagine Kreaxions punches are perfect for adding great borders to make your gift bags pop!  Today I used the Square FR Lilly punch #924 when I created this Halloween gift bag:

The borders were created by punching with and without the "A" guide.  This is a detailed punch, so I added a layer of green patterned paper underneath to make it pop and highlight the beautiful design, and also added some enamel dots to the center of the diamond shapes for even more pizzazz....here's a closer look:

March DT reveal

Welcome to the March DT reveal today. We start off with Charity using the Kreaxions punch #311.

Using your Star Template and Just Imagine Punches to create a doily

Hi Chris here and today I am sharing this card I made.  My oldest daughter is going away to college soon and I am trying to boost my stash of cards to have handy to send out to here.  For this card I started by tracing my Just Imagine Star template and then punching each point of the star using my # 304 punch with the A insert.  I also added a punched border strip behind my greeting using my #924 punch.  

January Design Team Reveal

Hello and welcome to 2014!!!  My time seems to be flying by a LOT faster than ever these days!  This month the design team really pulled off some amazing creations with their Kreaxions 4-in-1 Punches!

First up is Karen who used Punch # 905 and the Star Template.  Did you know that with the Kreaxions Star Template and ANY Kreaxions 4-in-1 punch you can create your own doilies?! 

Here's a close-up - Star Template with Kreaxions Punch #905 on top and without punching is backing it. 

 

 

Next up is Joan's BEAUTIFUL layout using Kreaxions Punch #304, Template A, Positioning parts 8cm (small) and the Kreaxions Circle Cutter 

 

Next up is Bev who used Kreaxions Punches #905 and #917 both with hearts for this page. She punched corners only with and without inserts, punched a border using insert A for a flat edge and then using the star template she punched the doily.

Next is Ginni with Basic Grey’s Persimmon line and Kreaxions Punch #913 for a very masculine page. She used all the little cut-away pieces and punched borders with a little dab of Stickles added to enhance the centers.  Don't throw those little pieces away!
 

LeeAnne's project uses the Kreaxions Circle Cutter, Kreaxions Punch #312 Insert A and C.  Fabulous colors!

 

Lisa's use of mists and color on this page is amazing!!!  She used the Kreaxions B Stencil, the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and Kreaxions 4-in-1 Punch #919.

 

Wendy used Kreaxions Punch #906 and the Kreaxions Circle Cutter for this great boy page!

 

And last but certainly not least Charity pulled out Kreaxions 4-in-1 Punches 306, 312, 902, 909, 917 and 924 to create this AWESOME bouquet of flowers!!!

Welcome back to the Just Imagine Crafts/Kreaxions blog! Christmas is sneaking up on us fast, almost time to write those Thank-You-Notes! Every year Grandma tries to find that PERFECT gift for her beloved grandchildren. This year it's your turn to give back with the PERFECT thank you album.

The pages of this mini-album are 3x4" and the ones with a flap and ribbon tab are 3x3".

 

I left space beside the photos for a quick note to Grandma,

and under the flap for a full letter.

To reinforce the ring entry I used an eyelet in the upper corner of each one.

For the alternate side of the pages I used white embossing powder.

For the edge of the pages I used the following 3-in-1 punches:

Punch #606; Punch #901; Punch #902

Punch #905; Punch #915; Punch #917; Punch #924

Thrilling Thursday

I love to use mists on my projects. With the Kreaxions tools I can whip a mask out in seconds. For this project I cut a 4 1/2 inch circle with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter. I laid it on my cardstock and misted away.

To complete the look I punched a strip of lavender paper with Kreaxions Punch #924. I cut it to size and added my sentiment. The Kreaxions tools make paper crafting a cinch!!!

Hey, It's Saturday!

Lisa here today.

I am enjoying the last weekend off before school starts on Tuesday :(

Greg's Mom passed away a few weeks ago and he was down there at her house looking at old pictures and he found this one of us and his sister Carole in 2000 when the kids were little, so I decided to scrap it!

 

Here are a few close ups of the borders. I used the Kreaxions 4 in 1 Punch #924 with no insert:

 

 

and used the fall away piece for this border at the top:

Charity here with a great big shout out to Lisa for switching days with me this week so I could bring you instructions for this accordions style mini-album and the altered tea box on the same day.

 
Album Supplies:

3 yards ribbon

40 squares of patterned Paper...3.5x3.5

assorted journaling cards, embellishments, Kreaxions Punches

Instructions:

Step 1

Divide squares into 2 groups of 20, for the front and back of the album. Divide the squares for the back of the album into two groups of 9. The final two squares will be for the ends. Fold ribbon in half and mark the middle.

Step 2

Beginning at the middle of the ribbon sew the first group of 9 squares for the back onto the center of the ribbon leaving 1/2 inch of space between. Sew the front end of the album on as shown in the photo below.

Step 3

Repeat Step 2, sewing the back end of the album on as shown in the photo below.

Step 4

Add title and embellishments to each end of the album.

Step 5

Add Journaling cards, brads, and die-cut embellishments to the squares sewn to the ribbon.

Step 6

Adhere photos to group of 20 squares, reserved for the front of the album. Adhere squares to prepared album, sandwhich ribbon inbetween. 4x6 photos can be cropped and split between two squares.

Step 7

Fold book, accordion style, begin with the first page. Tie ribbon, slip into box.

Today I have a sampler project with a preview of each Kreaxions corner punch I own. I know it's not enough, but I'll include the links so you can add each of mine to your stash! I've also worked out the dimensions for making a Polaroid Frame with a Paper Trimmer.

To make Polaroid Frames:

Cut photo to 4x4 inches.

Cut photo mat to 4.5x5.5 inches.

Adhere photo .25 inches from the top and either side of photo mat.

To make my border strips I used Insert A and the following punches:
