Joan B. here today sharing a fall card I created using the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and the Kreaxions 4 in 1 punch #923 with no insert. 

 

Over the years I have had several circle cutters and this one is by far the best.   It’s easy to use and gives accurate and cleanly cut circles every time and anywhere on your paper.

September DT reveal.. back to school and fall theme

 

With school back and in full swing there is nothing better than a calendar that is updated to schedule all important things to do. Charity has a great project to share with dates and events marked to keep everyone organized.

Joan made awesome book marks for the start of the new school year. She used punches 918 & 920.

Joan used punches 311 and 906 on these bookmarks.

The last set of bookmarks used punches 910 & 916.

Chris has a great school band page to share. She used punches 920 and 920 cut away strip.

Angela used punch #307 to punch my border and the decorative strip under the photos on this great fall layout.

Colleen made this for my grandson to hold for his first day of school. I used Punch 923 and used them for the top of the paper and then punched out the little square and then cut around them to make the square along the side. I will deconstruct this and use it on the LO about his first day of 4th grade.

Louise's page shares her son heading off to his first day of middle school. I used punch 906 to make the zigzag border, punch 916 around the journaling box, and punch 611 for the crown embellishment.

August DT Reveal...

Hi everyone.. Welcome to the August DT Reveal.

Starting us off today is Charity. She used Kreaxions Punch #904 to accent this cute card.

Joan used  the Circle Cutter, Stencil A and Kreaxions Punch #302 on this super fun and bright card.

Colleen did a layout from this summer. I used Punch #923 and used the punched pieces in several place. The border at the top and then along the side and top and bottom of the photo. She also used the left over pieces around the heart.

Ginni used Kreaxions Punch #909, the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and Positioning Parts 6.8 cm large on this page about her daughter and her boyfriend.

Chris used Kreaxions punch #919 with A insert and circle cutter on this page with the fabulous photos.

Angela used punch #905 on the patterned paper along the bottom of the photos and to create the unique look of my title circle. She used the circle cutter for a 5 inch circle then used punch #905 again with the B insert. It held the circle out far enough to just have the flourish and dots punch but not the heart. What a fun bright summer page.

June DT Reveal

Ange's Big Sister page. She used punch 912 on my photos, punch 909 to make my layered paper strips at the bottom and both punches to do my banners.

Charity made a mixed media with quote using Kreaxions Punch #604.

Chris used Kreations punch #604,903 on the colourful card.

Colleen used a couple different of Kreaxion punches on this layout. She used 923 for the borders unders the photo and the flowers were made using Punch 907.

Ginni's My Cool Dude Grandson Garrett project. She used Kreaxions #909 with Template A. 

Joan's Thinking of You card. She used Kreaxions 4 in 1 punches # 915, 916, 302, 910 & 909

Louise did a page on her son's 5th grade party. She used punch 906 for the borders along the top and bottom, punch 916 and start template to make the journaling shape, and punch 306 to make the little flowers along the right.

Memory

Colleen here to share a memory of my granddaughter during a break on the our sand dune ride. I used Punch 923 for the border under the photos, using both the negative and positive. I used a stencil to create the tree barks lines, made the flowers from some material I had on hand. Please check out all the wonderful goodies at Just Imagine Crafts store.

 

Paper Bouquet

Charity from Scrappin' Chaos with you today.
This paper flower bouquet is the latest in bright colors and needs no water.
Check out the tutorial below!

 

To make these flowers you will need a border punch, washi tape, 3.5 X 10 inch strip of paper, 

4 X 6 inch strip of patterned paper, 1.25 inch paper circle, a large gem, and a bamboo kabob stick.

Step 1.

Stretch washi tape on 3.5x10 inch cardstock. Punch the length of the paper with the border punch. Cut 3inch lines between the decorative edges of the punched paper, these will be the petals.

Step 2

 Roll the punched, cut, cardstock into a spiral. Begin with just three petals for the flower center. As you roll the paper be sure to off set the petals so that the flower looks full. The bottom of you flower will look something like this:

Step 3

Cut a 1.5inch circle of cardstock. Pierce a hole in the center, snip a single line from the edge of the circle to the center. Glue the cut edge of the circle back together so that it shapes a cone.

 Step 4

Thread the bamboo stick through the center of the cone, add a glob of hot glue, place gem on top. Be very careful with the flower stem until the glue is completely dry. Place adhesive around the under edge of the cone, thread the stem through the center of the flower. Leave to dry till flower and center/stem are stuck fast.

 Step 5

To cover the awkward look of the flower base fold the 4x6inch strip of paper into a cone. Adhere to base of flower, trim excess.

 

I put this bouquet of flowers together for my daughters latest musical production. How fun it was to give her something out of the ordinary!

Loves to Shop

Hi, Joan L. here with a page about my great-niece, Aria. She loves to go shopping! It's funny to see her pushing a toy shopping cart through the store and loading it up with toys and other items!!

For this page, I used the star template and Punch #915 Verdure with A inserts to make the blue doily. The heart corners were made with Punch #905 using the C inserts. The pink border was made with Punch #923 Square Cross.

Birthday Tag

Hi, Joan L. here to share a birthday tag I made for a friend.

I covered a manila tag with dark brown patterned paper. Next, I cut a doily from lighter paper, using the Daisy punch #902, Insert A and the Star Template. I layered a chipboard clock face and a butterfly onto the center of the doily.

Then I used the Square Cross punch #923 to create the borders at the bottom of the tag. The punch was used without any inserts.

Lastly, I added a Happy Birthday sticker and a small heart brad.

I really like this tag and I think my friend will too!
