Today I am starting with a scraplift from Celeste. The page was fun, bright and bold but it needed something to pop off the page and what better than a border that could be matted with bright bold orange cardstock and add some stickles. I used the Kreaxions Punch #311 with insert A. Add a fun cluster and the pictures are set perfectly on this page.
Below is a detailed shot up close to show how perfect this border matted is.
