Happy Monday, everyone! I've been working on my New Year's Resolutions this week, and one of them was to make sure that each and every brand new stamp I own gets inked this year! I put this stamp set on my worktable to force myself to use it. I'm pretty happy with how this fashionista card turned out.
Once again, I used Punch 903, this time with the A punching guide in, to create this border. I backed it with a strip of black cardstock to make it pop.
