Happy Wednesday, everyone! I hope the day is treating you well! Here in SouthWestern, Ontario we have been having extrememly MILD weather {for this time of the year}...mixed with a small, hope-dashing reminder of Winter - ugh! With the temperature being so nice, one can't help but think SPRING - and it defnintely comes through in this latest card.
I recently received Kreaxion's Punch 901...and quickly fell in LOVE - just look at all those sweet, little butterflies!
So, I started by marking the {beige - 'Glitzy'} paper using Kreaxion's Stencil 'B' and then used the World's Most-Amazing Circle Cutter to cut the circle. I inserted the Positioning Parts into Punch 901 {4in1 Butterfly Punch} and punched around the circle where I had marked....and this is the result! {it's really easy once you get the hang of it!}
I mounted the punched circle onto a map and layer of cardstock that I had cut different-sized circles out of, again using the Kreaxion's Circle Cutter. I also added some die-cut Tim Holtz Butterflies {plain cardstock, Authentique and a vintage map}, that have been scored down the middle and slightly folded - so they would look like they had just landed on the card...
