Happy New Year everyone! As 2013 comes to a close, I wanted to make a celebration card, not necessarily something for New Year's but something for any kind of party.
I used Punch 301 to make the little tags for this card. I just punched the border without using any of the punching guides and then used my paper trimmer to cut the border into tags. Layering them with a different color of cardstock really made them pop.
